They follow the Agile working style. They give us demos at the end of every sprint on what was built as part of the sprint. They were flexible enough to adjust their working hours so that there was a significant time zone overlap for meetings/demos.
They helped us build a SASS platform for Payment Facilitators. The SASS platform supports Onboarding of different business onto the platform & onto the processor, Agreements workflow by integrating with DocuSign, Fees/Cost definitions at different levels, Transaction Creation, Transaction life cycle, Risk rule engine, Saving Credit Card & Bank Account, Handling Disputes, Handling Reserves, Settlements, Payouts, Parsing Processor reports, Handling Subscriptions, Invoices, User Management etc
